Forest, Employees of the month!
I would like to take this opportunity to nominate our ”Forests” as nature’s ”empoloyee of the month”. This based on scientific knowledge on the importance of forests in water quality, air quality, climate change mitigation, biodiversity, among others.
My research and my presentation will focous on two different studies, one in the tropical and other in boreal region, on how forested catchments export water with better water quality than other land uses. With this, I am trying to make conscience on the importance of natural forest and sustainable management of forest around the world.
